Tatha View holiday cottage offers luxury holiday accommodation for up to 8 in a beautifully refurbished, detached house which enjoys stunning views over the conservation village of Kenmore and Loch Tay, Perthshire. The two-storied house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of the picturesque Kenmore village.

There are two comfortable double bedrooms and two double/twin bedrooms which can be reconfigured according to guest needs. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite, the remaining two bedrooms share a family bathroom and a guest toilet.

The lower ground floor has an open plan kitchen, dining/living area designed for comfort. Contemporary furniture provides a stylish back drop to the breath-taking scenery and full height views of Loch Tay. Adjoining the open plan space is a separate living area called 'the snug' which provides an additional cosy space. The inset, double sided fire ensures a warm feel to the house, as well as providing a focal point that links the snug to the dining/living area.

Tatha View cottage provides a warm and well-equipped setting to use as a base for local activities for all Scottish seasons.

Enjoy the fantastic indoor – outdoor space for entertainment, provided by the living areas which open on to a spacious deck furnished with a casual dining set. Steps from the deck lead down to a beautiful 1-acre woodland garden and a fully fenced lawn, which provides a safe play space next to the house.

Enjoy a whisky or meal at the local pub or restaurants in Kenmore, an easy walking distance from the house. For those who enjoy outdoor pursuits, the house is ideally situated for many country walks, the lochside beach, horse riding and water sports.
