At Tatha View holiday cottage we would like to make everyone’s stay enjoyable and we are committed to sharing with you the property’s accessibility information. We aim to accurately describe our facilities and services. Please use the house details and floor plan to ensure the house meets your requirements.
The house is built on the side of a hill, access to the front door requires walking down approximately 20 steps. There is a wooden hand railing to the right and the steps are well lit.
The floor plan on the cottage details page, illustrates the location of the bedrooms and the living spaces. There is one small flight of stairs to two of the bedrooms (master and bedroom 2) and there is a longer flight of stairs to access the living areas. All stairs have wooden handrails on one side.
A large deck can be accessed directly from at the living area or snug, and there is outdoor furniture on the deck.
The garden can be accessed via the front door, or via some steps from the deck. It has a flat enclosed lawn and slopes down to a gate, the shortest route to Kenmore Village. The sloping part of the garden has steps to about half way down the garden. There is also a bench near the bottom of the steps. However the slope is relatively steep and not recommended for elderly or infirm visitors.
Doorways are all standard width. The ceiling height throughout the house is around 2.5m. All fixtures and fittings are standard heights.
The property is equipped with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.
