Tatha View holiday cottage is ideally located in the "Heart of Scotland", in the picturesque highland village of Kenmore, Perthshire. It is situated, close enough to transport links, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city.


By Road
Heading from Aberfeldy on the A827 approaching Kenmore take the left turn onto the South Loch Tay Road and the immediate left again uphill onto the Glen Quaich Road. Enter the road on the left marked ‘Private’ and The Braes of Taymouth is the first left. The property is located on the right hand side of the road, down some steps.

By Air
The nearest airports are Glasgow and Edinburgh. Both airports are approx. 1hr 45minutes by road from the house, although you may find the road from Edinburgh airport is a slightly easier driving route due to the slightly greater proportion of motorway.

By Rail
The nearest train station is available at Pitlochry, with direct trains from London, Inverness, Edinburgh or Glasgow. Pitlochry has a regular direct bus connection to Aberfeldy and is approx. 35 minute by road from Kenmore. Taxis are widely available at Pitlochry railway station.

By Bus
The nearest bus stop is a 10 minute walk away, on Pier road, at Kenmore beach. There is also a bus stop at the Crannog center, about a 14 minute walk. Direct buses run between Kenmore village and Aberfeldy.
